What You ll Do

• Provide surgical first assist for multiple specialties, including Urology, Gyn Oncology, Endo Surgery, and Otology
• Assist with approximately 2-3 cases per day, with a focus on robotic surgeries in select areas
• Support intraoperative procedures in the operating room, serving as primary first assist
• Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth operative flow
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient safety standards in an inpatient/outpatient setting
• Contribute to surgical team efforts during scheduled OR blocks

What You Need

• Current Texas nursing license (pending acceptance acceptable)
• Board certification in Surgery or related specialty
• Minimum 2 years surgical experience, preferably in a hospital environment
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to various specialties and procedures
• Prior experience with robotic surgery a plus
