Production Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting production processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment, aligning successfully with the company's commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Pay Range: $17

What's the Job?

• Perform product assembly, inspection, and testing to meet production schedules and quality standards.

• Operate equipment and tools efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

• Identify defective parts or assembly errors through visual inspection and initial testing.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S procedures.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.

• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions.

• Computer familiarity and the ability to self-start and follow directions.
