Location: Manalapan, NJ
Position: Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation: Competitive salary/hourly rate based on experience

BloomBridge ABA Services is a growing, clinician-focused ABA provider dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based services to children and their families. We are seeking a passionate  Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)to join our team and help shape the future of our clinical program.

Available Schedule

• Weekdays
• 2:30 PM–8:00 PM
• Shift assignments are based on client needs, experience, and employee availability.

What You'll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive skills assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based ABA practices.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs).
• Provide caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Complete documentation and maintain compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to achieve the best outcomes for each child.

Qualifications

• Current  BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active New Jersey LBA (or eligible to obtain).
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.
