Onboarding Coordinator

iCare Health Network is currently seeking an Onboarding Coordinator. Responsibilities Responsible for completing background check screenings in accordance with company policy, including ABCMS, Research Services and OIG searches. Collect employee application packages and accurately screen for completeness of all required documents. Ensure compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification. Create new hire personnel files, ensuring all required documentation is completed and collected. Responsible for data entering candidate activity in the applicant tracking system. Assist with centralized new hire orientation. In person attendance in the office is an essential job function of this position. Qualifications At least one years of experience working in HR or recruitment field, required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, required. Strong computer skills, required. Exceptional customer service skills, both in person and over the phone, required. Ability to maintain effective working relationships with company managers and staff, required. Experience with recruiting in the health care industry preferred, but not required. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System for recruitment preferred, but not required. Experience using HRIS, preferred. Ability to maintain confidential information, required.
