About the role Location: Remote
Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Senior .NET Developer (Programmer 3) to support a large-scale .NET application within a national security environment. The successful candidate will contribute advanced software development expertise across data integration, analysis, reporting, user interface development, and CI/CD activities.
This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active Final DoD Secret Security Clearance.

About the role Location: Remote
Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Senior .NET Developer (Programmer 3) to support a large-scale .NET application within a national security environment. The successful candidate will contribute advanced software development expertise across data integration, analysis, reporting, user interface development, and CI/CD activities.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software solutions supporting a large-scale .NET application.
- Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and consolidation.
- Develop solutions for multi-source data integration and deduplication.
- Analyze data trends and patterns.
- Develop queries and reporting capabilities.
- Design and develop user interfaces.
- Support mobile application development.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes and automated software delivery.
- Develop solutions using .NET Framework, C#, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams supporting highly available national security systems
- US Citizen
- Active Secret Clearance
- 5+ years of experience supporting complex technical projects, including highly available national security systems.
- Experience with data analysis and reconciliation.
- Experience with multi-source data integration and deduplication.
- Experience with trend and pattern analysis, query development, and reporting.
- Experience with user interface design and development.
- Hands-on working knowledge of .NET Framework.
- Hands-on working knowledge of SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with C#.
- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework.
- Active Final DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Located in Colorado or the DMV area.
- Experience supporting a large-scale federal IT program.
- Experience with the SAFe Agile delivery framework.
