Overview Pediatrician — Special Health Resources, Paris, Texas (onsite). Full-Time, Exempt. Salary: $240,000/year base with potential bonuses/incentives. Relocation & Signing bonus eligible. Schedule: 32 direct patient hours per week, 8 administration hours; Clinic hours Mon-Thu 8:00-17:00, Fri 8:00-15:00. Hospital rounding required. Responsibilities Provide the full scope of primary care services for pediatric patients, ages 0-21, including diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance. Outpatient-focused duties with infrequent hospital and newborn nursery coverage. Qualifications BC/BE Pediatrics Unrestricted Medical License Benefits Incentive Bonus Program participation (subject to plan terms) Reimbursement for continuing education (five paid days per year) and licensure/certification costs NHSC loan repayment eligibility (up to $100,000) Malpractice coverage under FTCA PTO with accrual start on day one; 10 paid holidays per year plus birthday off Health, dental, vision, prescription coverage; health savings account; EAP Life and disability insurance; retirement plans (401(k), 403(b)) Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
