Sales Planner

Position Summary We are hiring a full-time Sales Planner, an exciting opportunity for a proactive candidate looking to grow within the vibrant sales division of our business. This role is responsible for managing system sales data, developing and presenting analytical reports to drive growth, and supporting efforts to meet and exceed sales and profitability targets. Key responsibilities also include system-based sales tasks such as budgeting, purchasing, planning, reporting, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in sales within Men's and/or Women's Apparel, Swimwear, and Accessories. Key Responsibilities Generate regular sales reports and insights for both internal teams and external sales representatives to monitor progress against goals Partner with the Sales Team to align sales forecasts with inventory levels and production capacity Identify specific product needs based on sell-through rates and minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements Assist in submitting production purchase orders for both wholesale and e-commerce channels Support the Operations team with master data management and order reconciliation tasks Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of business goals Job Requirements A qualification in sales or business is preferred Advanced Excel skills; experience with Cin7, NuOrder, and PowerBI is a plus Experience working with Ecommerce platforms such as Shopify Strong analytical, abstract reasoning, and organizational abilities Demonstrated experience in professional office environments and business systems Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization Highly organized and adaptable, with strong prioritization skills Understanding of marketing principles and their impact on sales Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment Willingness to take on additional responsibilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
