Account Sales Representative
Natera
Account Sales Representative for Natera's Women's Health sales team based in Boise, ID, covering Eastern Washington and Southwest Idaho. The role involves supporting clinical field specialists in driving revenue growth through direct sales to maternal-fetal medicine and obstetrics providers, with approximately 50% monthly travel required.
Responsibilities
- Support Clinical Field Specialists in closing sales and growing revenue
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and medical professionals
- Assess client needs and coordinate logistics, customer support, and problem resolution
- Communicate with internal staff and customers to ensure quality service delivery
- Adhere to company compliance procedures and confidentiality requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Background in medical or biological sciences preferred
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong strategic thinking and tactical execution abilities
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus uncapped quarterly commissions, car allowance, and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
