Overnight Order PickerThe Overnight Order Picker with The Restaurant Store is responsible for supporting the Order Fulfillment Manager in all aspects of the customer order process within a retail branch location. The Overnight Order Picker will fulfill customer orders by accurately picking, consolidating, slotting, and completing all functions related to order fulfillment in alignment with the goals of our sales, order fulfillment, inventory and merchandising teams.Job Location: 845 Woodland Road, Wyomissing, PA 19610We only accept W-2 candidates, H-1B sponsorship is not available.ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Pick, consolidate, and slot customer orders accurately and efficiently using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipmentComplete all order fulfillment tasks in alignment with branch operational goalsMeet or exceed company-defined efficiency and accuracy metricsAssist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe order fulfillment areaCommunicate discrepancies, order status or issues effectively with Order Fulfillment ManagerPerform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goalsWork Hours3rd Shift: Sunday night to Friday Morning, 10:00 PM-6:30 AMPhysical RequirementsWork is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day.Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.QualificationsExperienceExperienceMinimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain managementHigh school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experienceEducationThis role does not require a degree.
