Generative Ai Architect - HybridGenesis10 is currently seeking a Generative AI Architect - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Addison, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.We are looking for a Generative AI Architect to design and scale a next-generation Document AI platform for the financial industry. You will lead the architecture of solutions for document classification, data extraction, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), ensuring performance, compliance, and auditability in a highly regulated environment. This role requires on-site presence three days per week.Responsibilities:Architect enterprise GenAI solutions for classification, extraction, and QA over large document setsBuild and optimize RAG pipelines with embeddings, vector DBs, and rerankersPartner with infrastructure teams to deploy on GPU clusters (vLLM, Triton)Drive model risk management, including explainability, audit trails, and evaluation pipelinesCreate architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and executive presentationsCollaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams to deliver safe, scalable AIRequirements:Master's degree in Computer Science/Data Science, or a related technical field8+ years in software/solution architecture, with 3+ years in AI/ML or GenAIHands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, and vector search (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Llama, Elastic Search)Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, LangChain)Experience with GPU optimization, cloud-native deployment, and MLOpsAbility to collaborate with a diverse set of partners and stakeholdersHighly motivated, proactive, and a self-starter with a strong sense of ownershipCritical thinker with the ability to analyze problems, identify issues, and provide solutionsStrong communication skills with the ability to present to executivesPay range: $63.68 - $71.68 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
