Server

The ideal candidate will be focused on providing exceptional hospitality and creating a memorable guest experience. He or she will possess a commanding knowledge of our food menu as well as our beverage program. 

The Server/Bartender will be well-organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and should demonstrate effective communication skills to achieve excellent customer service at all times.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• availability for 3 - 5 shifts..

• Thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment, and maintains a calm demeanor while quickly and effectively solving problems. 

• Must be hospitable, approachable, and passionate about guest service and respectful towards colleagues and guests. 

• Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule. 

• Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed. 

• Ability to take direction, work in a team environment autonomously. 
• Ability to train on our Beverage Program and the opportunity to lead the program based on performance with an additional weekly stipend and higher hourly rate for server/bartender who can demonstrate successful knowledge and ability handling our steps of service and beverage program.
