Heritage Lakeside is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Director to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff. What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily building and equipment repairs, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues

• Manage and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems to ensure optimal performance and safety

• Ensure compliance with life safety and regulatory requirements, conducting regular inspections and reporting any discrepancies

• Coordinate with vendors to schedule preventative maintenance and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Lead a small maintenance team and cover on-call and emergency needs, providing guidance and support as needed

What You Bring:

• Solid building maintenance experience, preferably in a healthcare setting (though not required)

• Ability to troubleshoot and make repairs independently, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Comfortable with physical work and supervising a small crew, with excellent communication and organizational skills
