This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse logistics, including the timely and accurate processing of shipments and deliveries. What You'll Do

* Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to verify accuracy and condition of materials.

* Prepare and package outgoing shipments in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

* Maintain clean and organized shipping and receiving areas for efficient workflow.

* Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to track shipment status and resolve discrepancies.

* Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.

* Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock audits.

* Sort and deliver parts to each store and deliver Collision Center and other customer parts within a 15-mile radius.

* Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

* Ability to work independently while making sound decisions within established guidelines.

* Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.

* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required to manage tasks efficiently.

* Must be capable of walking and standing on flat or inclined surfaces for extended periods throughout the workday.

* Ability to safely climb stairs, ramps, ladders, and work stands as needed.

* Must be able to crouch, crawl, grasp or handle objects, demonstrate finger dexterity, bend elbows and knees, and reach above or below shoulder level.

* Ability to lift heavy objects, potentially exceeding 50 pounds, is necessary.
