Responsibilities Supervising and coordinating daily operations to maintain a smooth workflow. Leading, training, and mentoring crew members to ensure top performance and teamwork. Ensuring all vehicles receive a high-quality wash and excellent customer service. Monitoring equipment functionality and reporting maintenance needs. Enforcing safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Supporting site leadership in tracking performance and implementing operational improvements. Assisting customers with questions and concerns to ensure satisfaction. Leading by example through hands-on work and proactive problem-solving. Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by management. Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED or a college degree is preferred. 1-2 years of experience in management, retail, or customer service leadership is preferred. Proficiency in MS-Office applications. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate a team. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience with inventory control, scheduling, and performance tracking. Ability to follow and enforce safety regulations and operational procedures. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Work Environment & Physical Demands Ability to stand, walk, and actively manage operations throughout the shift. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
