NOW HIRING – MACHINE OPERATORS

1st, 2nd | Carol Stream, IL

Are you looking for a stable, full-time manufacturing job with good hours and opportunities to grow? We are currently hiring Machine Operators to join our manufacturing teams in the Carol Stream area.

Experience with CNC machines, plastic molding, EDM, or other production machinery is a plus, but training may be available for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

PAY

• 1st Shift: $19.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: $21.00/hr
• Pay may vary depending on position and experience.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Monday – Friday | Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

Overtime available depending on production needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery during production.
• Load raw materials and components into machines.
• Remove and inspect finished products.
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed.
• Monitor equipment for unusual sounds or problems and report issues to the appropriate person.
• Perform quality checks on finished products.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges when required.
• Read and follow basic blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate production records.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

EXPERIENCE

Preferred, but not required for all positions:

• Machine operating or manufacturing experience
• CNC experience
• Plastic molding experience
• EDM experience
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, or gauges
• Blueprint reading
• General production or assembly experience

No machine experience? Some positions are willing to train the right person who is dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
