Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Location: Onsite in Toledo, OH ($18 per hour) — Remote on Fridays
Job Type: Full-time Summary of the RoleJoin Kelly Services as a Customer Support Representative supporting Owens Corning’s customer solutions team. You will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing quality service and information about products and warranties. This full-time position works 8 hours per day between 8am-6pm, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be flexible and available for schedules that may fluctuate based on business demand. On Fridays, this role operates remotely — candidates must have reliable internet access. Main Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and web inquiries about Owens Corning’s products and warranties
• Ensure timely and professional responses to all inquiries
• Enter relevant information into Owens Corning’s system
• Provide step-by-step instructions regarding website navigation, warranty claim or claim status, and product information
• Advise customers on new products and programs to promote the OC brand and drive sales
• Follow up with customers as needed
• Maintain quality standards, accuracy, adherence to schedule, and attendance

  Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• At least one year experience in a customer-facing environment

Experience:

• Building materials background desirable
• 1–3 years prior customer service experience
• Experience in team environments
• Ability to work independently

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent oral and written communication
• Proficient typing and MS Office Suite skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to identify customer needs and solve problems using sound business judgment
• Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Customer and team focused, personal accountability, inquisitive and curious
