Our crews do great work on homes across the DMV every day. We need the person who makes sure everyone sees it.

American Home Contractors (AHC), part of Infinity Home Services (IHS), has been improving homes since 1986, and today that includes solar. We're hiring a Marketing Manager to own AHC's marketing from start to finish. Leadership sets the direction and monthly goals. You run with it, no daily hand-holding needed.

You'll partner closely with regional marketing leadership and AHC's leadership team, keeping AHC's local brand strong while helping move IHS's bigger brand direction forward.

What You'll Own

• Your plan, your results: Turn monthly goals into a plan, execute it, track it and own the outcome. Spot the next opportunity before anyone asks.
• Field and user-generated content: Come up with the ideas, coach our field teams to capture photo and video on job sites (before-and-afters, crew highlights, customer stories), and get it produced and posted. You don't have to shoot it all, but you make sure it happens.
• Events and community: Plan and run home shows, community events and sponsorships from idea to follow-up, and show what each one brought in.
• AI and new tools: Try AI and new tech to work faster and smarter, and share what works with the team.
• Performance and vendors: Manage PPC, Google (Ads, Local Services Ads, Business Profile, reviews) and our website. Hold vendors accountable, watch the numbers and bring recommendations before problems find us.
• The whole funnel: Partner with Customer Service and Sales to learn where leads come from, how they book and convert, and what each channel costs. Grow referrals and repeat business.

Must-Haves

• 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience
• Experience owning marketing programs from plan to results with minimal direction
• Experience creating or directing photo/video content for social, including getting others to capture it
• Experience planning and leading events, home shows or community activations
• Hands-on paid digital experience (Google Ads or similar) and experience managing a marketing budget
• Experience managing outside vendors or agencies
• Track record of working across teams such as sales, customer service or operations
• Clear, confident communicator who can explain ideas and the "why" behind them
• Able to balance AHC's day-to-day needs with a larger company's brand direction
• Genuine curiosity about AI and marketing tech (expertise not required)
• Able to work on-site in Fulton, MD, with local travel to job sites and events

Nice-to-Haves

• Home services, home improvement, solar or multi-location marketing experience
• Google Local Services Ads and Google Business Profile experience
• CRM, email and SMS marketing experience
• Basic photo/video editing (CapCut, Canva, Adobe or similar)
• Website updates and Google Analytics
