Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assessment, planning, and delivery of care for orthopedic patients.
• Provide direct patient care, including wound care, medication administration, and post-operative support.
• Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses (RNs), and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about orthopedic conditions, treatments, and rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.

Licensed Practical Nurse - Orthopedics Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in South Carolina (or eligibility for licensure).
• Previous experience in orthopedics or a related field preferred, but new graduates with a strong interest in orthopedics are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
