Call Center Representative - Provider Network | Austin, TX Onsite | $20/hr

Location: Austin, TX - Onsite / In Office - Local Only
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Type: Contract with High Extension Potential

Overview:
We are hiring a Provider Network Call Center Rep to support Medicaid providers and clients with eligibility, claims status, and program questions. High-volume inbound calls. This is an onsite role in Austin, TX - not remote.

MUST HAVE - Requirements:
To be considered, your resume must clearly show:

• 6+ months of high-volume inbound call center / contact center experience within the last 12 months, preferably in your most recent job
• Daily call volume of 100-145+ calls per day - please list your call volume in your job description
• Leadership roles will be considered overqualified

Responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from providers and clients
• Answer questions regarding eligibility, medical claims, and program information
• Provide prompt, courteous, professional customer service
• Document all calls accurately in online logs
• Transfer calls when appropriate and meet performance and attendance metrics

Requirements:

• 6+ months high-volume inbound experience in the last 12 months
• Experience handling 100+ calls per day
• Local to Austin, TX and able to work onsite
• Available for any 8-hour shift between 7 AM - 7 PM
• Strong communication, multitasking, and documentation skills
• No Visa Restrictions

Preferred: Healthcare, Medicaid, provider network, medical claims, eligibility, or insurance call center experience.
