Responsiveness: Ability to confirm assignments within a set timeframe once contacted. Scheduling: Work frequency will vary based on client demand, emergency service requests, and seasonal volume. Responsibilities and Essential Duties Cleaning and Maintenance Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, filters, and fans. Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment. Maintaining vehicle organization and ensuring specialized tools are job-ready. Ensuring the facility is meticulously cleaned before departure. Inspections and Documentation Conducting thorough pre- and post-inspections of facilities. Capturing high-quality photographic documentation of all systems serviced. Strictly adhering to administrative and reporting procedures via mobile apps or logs. Operational Excellence Performing tasks independently and maintaining high standards without direct supervision. Opening and securing customer facilities with the utmost integrity. Safe operation of large service vehicles. Physical Requirements Mobility: Ability to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments Strength: Ability to squat, lift, and carry 50 lbs. for a minimum of 100 feet. Stamina: Ability to stand and perform manual labor for the duration of the shift (up to 10 hours). Detail-Oriented: Exceptional focus on cleanliness and safety standards.
