Work Arrangement: Hybrid Microsoft Dynamics Applications Manager – The Woodlands, TX (Hybrid) – $120,000k-$160,000k Are you ready to lead ERP transformation while staying hands-on with day-to-day operations? This is an opportunity to join a large, self-funded real estate and development organization known for building and operating master–planned communities across the U.S., offering stability, long-term growth, and hands-on technical ownership. Who you are:5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications/ERP platforms, with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and familiarity with JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, Yardi, or similar systemsProven experience managing day-to-day ticket queues, troubleshooting issues, and supporting accounting/finance users in an ERP environmentStrong SQL and data analysis skills to support reporting, integrations, and operational decision-makingPreferably, you have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a similar fieldMust be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident What you’ll do:Lead day-to-day ERP support operations, including triaging and resolving ServiceNow tickets in collaboration with internal teams Support and optimize JD Edwards, Coupa, and other enterprise applications while helping drive a transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365Partner with the business and implementation team to define and execute the future-state ERP roadmap Troubleshoot complex issues, improve processes, and ensure system stability across finance, accounting, and procurement functions Why work here:Stable, self-funded organization with $2B+ in annual revenueOn-site collaboration with a WFH Friday scheduleBeautiful office located in The Woodlands with catered lunch provided Monday–ThursdayOpportunity to take ownership of a major ERP transformation and grow into a future subject matter expertFull benefits, including a strong bonus program and immediate 401(k) vesting What does this position pay? Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. The expected range for this role is $120,000–$160,000 per year.
