Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries, process payments and maintaining customer records. Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Bilingual encouraged to apply. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
