Senior Paid Search Manager

Leading a team of paid search marketers, the full-time Senior Paid Search Manager will oversee the lifecycle of paid search campaigns, manage client relationships, and drive team development in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities: Oversee strategic planning, launch, and operational management of paid search campaigns Lead and develop a team of paid search marketers, providing guidance and fostering professional growth Manage budget tracking and implement optimization strategies for campaigns, ad groups, and keywords Required qualifications: 7-10 years of experience in Paid Search roles with a proven track record of managing campaigns with budgets of $1 million or more 2-3 years of team management experience preferred Possession of Google Ads Search Certification and additional relevant certifications is advantageous Experience managing various campaign types beyond Paid Search, including PMAX Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
