About the Role:
Sacramento Valley Dental Specialists is hiring a patient coordinator for our offices in Elk Grove and Sacramento to join our incredibly kind, collaborative team!

Full-time preferred, part-time considered, 2 Saturdays a month are required (with a day off during the week)! As a Front Office Coordinator, where you'll be the first point of contact for our patients. This exciting role combines administrative expertise with a passion for providing exceptional patient service in a warm and welcoming environment!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient records efficiently.
• Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries.
• Coordinate patient communications and follow-up reminders.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
• Assist the dental team with administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; dental office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of insurance processes and billing practices.
• Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
