Full‑time preferred, part‑time considered, 2 Saturdays a month are required (with a day off during the week). As a Front Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. This exciting role combines administrative expertise with a passion for providing exceptional patient service in a warm and welcoming environment! Responsibilities Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner. Manage appointment scheduling and patient records efficiently. Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries. Coordinate patient communications and follow‑up reminders. Maintain a clean and organized front office area. Assist the dental team with administrative tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; dental office experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills. Knowledge of insurance processes and billing practices. Positive attitude and a passion for patient care. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
