I attended the University of North Alabama and bring 26 years of experience with State Farm across a variety of roles. I opened my first agency in 2013 and expanded with a second location in 2023. Today, we're a team of 18 across both offices, focused on growth, collaboration, and strong performance. We stay actively involved in the community by sponsoring events like the Gardendale Farmers Market and the Magnolia Festival. Role Description:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Scott Cantrell - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
