Web Application Developer - Online Banking

Are you a web developer who enjoys solving problems, building reliable applications, and seeing your work make a real impact? CU*Answers is looking for a Web Application Developer to join our Online Banking Programming Team .

In this role, you’ll develop and support applications that power online banking solutions used by credit unions and their members. You’ll work primarily within the Microsoft .NET environment while collaborating with other developers, contributing ideas, and helping shape the future of our Online Banking platform.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, enhance, and support web applications based on business and client requirements
• Analyze requirements, write unit tests, and produce reliable, maintainable code
• Collaborate with other developers and programming teams to successfully deliver projects
• Support web applications in production and troubleshoot issues when they arise
• Participate in technical discussions and decisions that influence the Online Banking platform
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities
• Share knowledge, ideas, and technical expertise with team members
• Use independent judgment to evaluate problems and determine effective solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related, IT, project management, or similar field or equivalent work experience
• 2–3 years of experience with ASP.NET MVC, Razor, C#, and HTML
• Experience deploying and supporting web applications in a production environment
• Experience with or ability to work across technologies such as: .NET Core, Angular, JavaScript and TypeScript, CSS, WebAPI and WCF, Git, IIS and Windows Server, Microsoft SQL
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, internal staff, and external clients
• Experience in financial services, credit unions, or CU*BASE is a plus, but not required
