Make a real impact supporting students aged 3–22 as a dedicated Occupational Therapist in a dynamic school environment. There are multiple full-time contract openings, including two year-round roles and one maternity leave coverage (projected August start to March end). Bring your expertise and commitment to a diverse caseload, providing crucial support across mild to severe needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active California Occupational Therapy license
• Prior experience in California school settings required
• Proficient in administering BOT-3 and Peabody assessments to students with a wide range of disabilities
• Strong analytical ability to use data for guiding IEP recommendations and addressing parent concerns
• Experience working with K–12 students, across mild to severe caseloads
• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred, but not essential

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage and prioritize your own schedule to address district needs
• Assess, evaluate, and deliver therapy services to students on an at-need basis; caseloads will fluctuate as new referrals arise
• Provide comprehensive assessments and consultations; no cap on the number of students requiring services
• Document therapy sessions, progress, and recommendations thoroughly
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff, leveraging data to guide interventions and shape support plans
• Travel between sites as needed; high likelihood of an itinerant schedule
• Support student success across multiple disabilities and grade levels
