1. Always wash your hands before you enter the kitchen.

2. Clean all counters of dust and debris before the food is placed on the counters.

3. The sinks and shelves should be clean and organized.

4. Wipe all tables and clean around them & under them.

5. The kitchen area should be clean of clutter.

6. Keep leftover food in air tight container in the freezer or refrigerator with dates on it.

7. Dust, mop, sweep and vacuum the floor before you clock out.

8. All machines should be wiped down ( e.g. milk, juice, toaster, coffee pots). Make sure clean them from inside too.

9. Clean the juice machine every morning including outlets.

10 . All kitchen items such as pots, pans, utensils, coffee pots are to be washed daily.

11 . Dust and clean the lobby area.

12 . Dust the business center.

13 . Clean the windows and doors when needed daily.

14. Empty all trash cans in the lobby, front desk, lobby

bathroom, and breakfast area.

15. Wear gloves always while handling food.

16. If you are running out of food let Front Desk know/ leave a

note for Management too.

17. Check occupancy first with Front desk before you put the food

out.

18. There should not be any food wasted. If something is going

bad let Meeta/Nelva/Nand know before you throw it away.

19. If Management found visitor or anyone other than our guest

Eating breakfast, attendant on duty will get a write up.

20. Clean the cabinets on the inside and outside.

21. Polish the furniture and deep clean the lobby and breakfast

Area when needed.

22. Have a list hanging on the refrigerator of items that are low;

Update as the week progresses.

23. Monday all breakfast list and happy hour list are to ready for

Pick up or sent.

24. Deep clean microwaves, refrigerator, freezers, ovens,

Toasters and all machines inside and out.

25. Ask for help from Night Auditor and Houseman if they around.

26. Should be Available to work on Saturday and Sunday.
