Manage client communications via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information and troubleshooting issues effectively. Maintain organized records using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, and Google Workspace tools to track customer interactions and data entry tasks. Assist with office management duties such as filing, calendar management, and document proofreading to support daily operations. Utilize technical proficiency in software like QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry to ensure accurate financial records. Support front desk activities including greeting visitors, managing appointment schedules, and maintaining a tidy reception area. Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and customer support standards. Experience Prior clerical or administrative experience in an office environment is highly preferred. Proven customer service background with excellent communication skills in both bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) settings is a plus. Familiarity with office productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and productivity tools like spreadsheets and word processing applications. Experience with office management tasks including calendar management, filing systems, and office equipment operation. Knowledge of technical tools such as QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is advantageous. Previous roles involving front desk responsibilities or medical/dental receptionist duties will be considered valuable assets. Strong computer literacy combined with organizational skills ensures efficient handling of data entry, proofreading, and client communication tasks.
