We are currently looking for a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our family. In this role, you will be the friendly face and voice our clients rely on when they have questions or need support with their policies. You will play a vital role in our daily operations, helping us solve problems and provide comfort to families in our community. Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for our existing policyholders, addressing their concerns with care and accuracy.

Process policy updates, payments, and document requests efficiently.

Review existing coverage with clients to ensure they have the protection that fits their current life stage.

Maintain accurate client records within our agency management system.

Collaborate with the rest of our office to ensure a smooth, helpful experience for everyone who walks through our doors or calls us.

Look for opportunities to educate clients on different insurance products that might offer them better value or peace of mind.

Requirements

Active Virginia Property Casualty Insurance License.

Previous experience working in a customer service or office-based role.

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.

Clear, polite, and effective communication skills, both over the phone and via email.

High attention to detail when documenting policy changes.

Strong organizational skills to manage daily client inquiries.
