About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Product for its Conversations group, a pivotal role in the evolution of customer support software. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Conversations product group, which includes the Inbox and Copilot product lines. This role demands a strategic leader who can set the vision and roadmap, drive product monetization, and ensure the seamless integration of AI to enhance the customer experience. The Head of Product will be at the forefront of the company's mission to build AI that allows support professionals to focus more on the human side of customer interactions, while also being accountable for the revenue growth of the group. Applicants for the Head of Product role at the company should have a proven track record of owning and scaling core products, with a strong understanding of both the commercial and technical aspects.
