Weekend Shift

Friday-Sunday  06:00-18:00

Summary

We are seeking a Machine Operator to operate and maintain heat-treating and thermal processing equipment. This role converts customer orders into heat-treated finished products in line with work orders, quality standards, and production schedules.

Responsibilities

·         Load, operate, and unload heat-treating furnaces and related equipment per work orders

·         Set up, rack, fixture, clean, and degrease parts for processing

·         Verify and set program controls, time, and temperature settings

·         Monitor utilities (gases, air pressure, oil, water flow) before and during operations

·         Perform pre- and post-operational checks and basic preventive maintenance

·         Troubleshoot and take corrective action during equipment malfunctions

·         Maintain accurate records of work performed

·         Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures , including PPE use

·         Report any deviations in process, quality, or equipment performance

Qualifications

·         Experience operating furnaces or thermal processing equipment preferred

·         Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic troubleshooting

·         Ability to follow written procedures and maintain documentation

·         Commitment to safe work practices and quality standards
