Location: Orange, CA 92868
Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Monday – Friday
5 x 8-hour Day Shifts
Weekly Pay: $2,500 – $3,200 (based on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures in a fast-paced healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will ensure patient safety, produce high-quality imaging, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform nuclear medicine diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Prepare, administer, and monitor radiopharmaceuticals according to established protocols.
Conduct PET imaging procedures as assigned.
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and education throughout procedures.
Maintain accurate imaging records and documentation in the EMR system.
Adhere to radiation safety standards and quality assurance guidelines.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare teams.
Minimum 2 years of Nuclear Medicine experience.
Current BLS certification.
Active California State Nuclear Medicine License (required at submission).
Certification in one of the following:
NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board), or
ARRT (Nuclear Medicine)
Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine procedures and radiation safety standards.
Previous travel assignment experience preferred.
First-time travelers may be considered with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Epic EMR system.
Pending licenses will not be accepted.
