CLA is currently seeking aPropertyTax Senior to join ourState & Local Tax (SALT)practice.
Howyou'll create opportunities in thisPropertyTax Senior role:
- Review fixed asset detail documentssubmittedby clientsrequiredfor property tax renditions
- Work withclientand property tax team to resolve identified data issues
- Receive training onAvalara software
- UtilizeAvalarato prepareand reviewproperty tax renditions
- Work with clients from multiple industries, including but not limited to Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail & Healthcare
- Complete tax-related research and special projects as needed
- Review and resolve property tax notices received from Assessors
- Identifydiscrepancies where filing an appeal may berequired
- Develop and train teamassociates andinterns to help them build inspired careers
- Work with many great clients to help them resolve complex issues and get results
What you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance,or related fieldrequired
- 2+years'ofrelevantexperiencerequired
- Experience in business consulting or services preferred
- CPA eligible preferred

The compensation range for this position inCaliforniais: $84,400.00 - $143,000.00
The compensation range for this position inMinnesotais: $71,800.00 - $124,000.00
