Jampack AI in New York City is seeking an Operations Strategist to bridge customer discovery, implementation, and success. You will help define how AI-driven automations enhance the wholesale order-to-invoice lifecycle for leading CPG brands. You'll collaborate with customers and engineers, mapping operations to automation opportunities, owning end-to-end projects, and translating needs into actionable requirements.
