- Receives, screens, routes, and/or responds to incoming requests and/or needs for our customers, including but not limited to patients and visitors.
- Oversees the volunteer staff at the information desk.
- Establishes good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinates transport assistance as requested or necessary.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: previous healthcare industry experience
