Quality Assurance Associate

2nd Shift

As a Quality Control Associate you are responsible for processing, detailing, and inspecting garments within the Embroidery Department. Success in this role requires teamwork, clear communication, initiative, sound judgment, production efficiency, and, above all, a strong dedication to the quality of the products we produce. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Review order forms to verify garment accuracy and completion of all required steps.
2. Perform cleaning tasks, including trimming threads, removing paper, and eliminating hoop marks or stains.
3. Add barcodes and ensure proper licensing when required.
4. Follow special instructions, such as individual folding, poly-bagging, placing garments on hangers, or removing existing hang tags.
5. Verify final counts on all order paperwork.
6. Maintain positive and effective working relationships that support the company’s Core Values and profitability goals.

Other Responsibilities:

1. Participate in special projects as needed.
2. Serve as a company ambassador internally and externally to build confidence, pride, and value in the brand.
3. Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Work Environment:

• Professional production floor environment.
• Routine use of standard office equipment such as computers and scanners.
  
  

Physical Demands:

• Requires close, distance, and color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Regularly required to talk and hear.
• Ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds.
  
  

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:

• Full-time position.
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 p.m.–3:00 a.m.
