Customer Service Representative - Not Remote Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm)

• This position is not remote
• High volume incoming calls
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
• Process customer orders and assist with account inquiries
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Customer Service Representative - Not Remote Qualifications:

• 2 year's of office customer service experience
• Previous experience with high volume incoming calls
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Excellent computer skills
• Professional demeanor

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
