Project Manager - Joint Base Anacostia-BollingEMI Services is seeking a detail-oriented and security-conscious Project Manager to oversee a custodial services contract at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of cleaning operations, ensuring all contract requirements are met in compliance with security protocols, safety standards, and customer expectations. The Project Manager will directly supervise a small team of personnel and serve as the primary point of contact for government representatives.Salary $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience and qualifications.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning operations in a secure, classified environment.Ensure compliance with contract specifications, federal regulations, and facility security requirements.Serve as the main liaison between the government client, company leadership, and on-site staff.Maintain detailed records of work performed, inspections, personnel schedules, and incident reports.Manage staffing, including scheduling, timekeeping, training, and performance evaluations.Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to standards.Respond promptly to client requests, concerns, or issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.Ensure strict compliance with all security procedures, including escorting uncleared staff when required.Monitor supply levels and coordinate procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety briefings.
