While exact school assignments will be provided prior to the start date, you will work within a professional and collaborative team, receiving the guidance and resources you need to succeed.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
• Skilled in assessment, documentation, and development of student-centered intervention plans
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing environments

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and evaluations to identify students’ therapeutic needs
• Design and implement individualized or group interventions in accordance with IEPs
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings with teachers, staff, and families
• Educate and train staff on OT strategies that support functional student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
