Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and professional Front Desk Concierge to join our team in Parsippany, NJ. The concierge will serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while maintaining a welcoming, organized, and secure environment.

The ideal candidate is punctual, personable, attentive, and able to communicate professionally while handling multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and respond to questions and requests.
• Provide information about the property and available services.
• Monitor access points and help maintain the security of the premises.
• Assist with resident and guest needs promptly and professionally.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Address requests, complaints, and concerns calmly and effectively.
• Communicate important information to property management and other team members.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hospitality, concierge, or front desk experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable availability Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Must maintain a polished appearance and follow a business-professional dress code, including a blazer, dress shirt, slacks, and dress shoes.
