Shifts Available: Evening (3:00 PM – 8:00 PM)

We are seeking two professional and dependable Front Desk Concierges to join our team! As a concierge, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents and guests, providing attentive and courteous service while maintaining a secure, organized, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include greeting residents and visitors, handling deliveries, coordinating building access, and maintaining a consistent front desk presence. We are looking for individuals who are punctual, well-presented, and comfortable interacting with residents on a daily basis. Experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide general information and assistance as needed

• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries

• Monitor building access and maintain security awareness

• Manage packages and deliveries

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

• Communicate effectively with management

• Handle resident requests, concerns, or issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Ability to multitask and stay organized

• Friendly and approachable demeanor

• Ability to remain calm and professional in different situations

• Clean and professional appearance

Schedule:

We are looking for candidates who can work approximately 15–20 hours per week. Shifts are from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with coverage required seven days a week. Schedule will be shared between two team members. Weekend availability is required.
