Novra Corp is seeking dependable and professional Event Staff members to assist with the coordination and execution of promotional and community engagement events. This role supports event preparation, guest interactions, setup and breakdown activities, and overall event operations.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in team environments, and can adapt to changing event needs.

• Welcome and interact with event attendees in a professional manner
• Provide information regarding event activities and company services
• Help maintain organized event spaces and materials
• Support registration, attendance tracking, and guest assistance activities
• Distribute approved event materials as directed
• Follow company procedures and event guidelines
• Report issues or concerns to supervisors promptly
• Perform additional event-related duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Dependable and punctual with a professional attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks associated with event setup and breakdown
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
