We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Self-Storage Property Manager to maintain the safety, functionality, cleanliness, and curb appeal of our self-storage facility. This individual will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and light groundskeeping while ensuring a positive experience for customers and protecting company assets. In this energetic role, you will also oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain the highest standards of property upkeep. Your leadership will drive occupancy rates, foster positive client relationships, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
