Insurance Customer Service Representative

Job Description We are seeking dynamic insurance professionals who are hardworking, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated. Team members with insurance experience are preferred, but career changers are encouraged to apply as well. Our Personal Lines Customer Service Team is the core of our client experience. You will be the go‑to resource for all client needs—adding new homes or cars to a policy, making other changes, and ensuring an outstanding level of service. Answer incoming calls and emails regarding policies, billing, claims, and coverage questions. Process policy changes, certificates of insurance, and other service requests. Assist with quoting and application preparation. Maintain accurate customer records in the agency management system. Proactively reach out to clients for renewals, follow‑ups, and satisfaction checks. Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to resolve client issues. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (required). 1 year of property and casualty customer service preferred but not required. 440 or 220 insurance customer service license preferred but not required; licensing will be provided for qualified candidates.
