Location Store 2707409: 11161 Tamiami Tr, Punta Gorda, Florida 33955 Position Customer Service Representative Schedule Shift Availability: Flexible (Days, Evenings, Overnights + Weekends). Work with the food program when required. Maintain high standards for store appearance inside and outside. Provide fast and friendly service to customers. Offer regular and predictable onsite attendance. Interact with many customers daily while working with a fun, energetic team. Qualifications Ability to sell products to customers. Providing excellent customer care. Strong communication and friendly conversation. Performance at a quick pace while having fun. Teamwork to accomplish daily goals. Creative problem solving and suggestive thinking. Retail and customer service experience preferred. Sales associate or cashiering experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Motivation to advance in career. Willingness to learn and have fun. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours. Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead, up to 30 minutes in a shift. Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level. Push / pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds. Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift. Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands; eye-hand coordination required.
