Maintenance Coordinator

Position summary

The Maintenance Coordinator helps organize and follow through on property and equipment needs across the restaurant. The role coordinates routine upkeep, identifies issues early, and helps keep the team and guest spaces operating smoothly.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine maintenance, upkeep, and repair requests.
• Track open needs and communicate status to managers, vendors, and team members.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and functional guest and staff areas.
• Support inventory and organization of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and escalate work that requires qualified specialists.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong organization, follow-through, and communication are essential.
• Maintenance, facilities, restaurant, property, or trade experience is helpful.
• Ability to prioritize requests and work responsibly around guests and staff.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility for operational needs.

Physical requirements

• This role may include standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and working in varied areas of the property.
• Some tasks may take place outdoors or around equipment, tools, water, and changing conditions.

Work environment

A waterfront restaurant property with guest areas, kitchens, equipment, docks, vendors, and changing operational needs.
