Your main duties will include producing precise machined components, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and facilitating seamless machine operation throughout various shifts.ResponsibilitiesSet up, run, and supervise multi-spindle automatic screw machines for consistent performanceManufacture parts to meet specifications, dimensions, and quality requirementsConduct inspections and measurements using precision tools to verify complianceAdjust machine parameters to ensure quality and productivity standards are metMaintain, sharpen, and replace tooling, as well as monitor bar stock levelsTroubleshoot and resolve machine problems to minimize downtimeAccurately complete production and quality recordsKeep work area clean, safe, and organized according to safety guidelinesEffectively communicate with team members and supervisors during shift changesRequirementsPrevious experience with multi-spindle automatic screw machinesAbility to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specsProficiency in using precision measurement toolsBasic mechanical aptitude and machining knowledgeHigh school diploma or equivalent education requiredCapability to work independently and manage multiple machines simultaneouslyShiftDay and night shift options with a night shift differentialCompensation$25–$27/hr, dependent on experience, plus night shift differential
