Job Title: Bilingual Human Resources Assistant Location: Freehold, NJ Type: Direct-Hire Opportunity Compensation: $18.00/hr. Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: 40 hours Bilingual HR Assistant Job Responsibilities: Process weekly payroll accurately and on time. Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling, maintaining files, and completing agency forms such as unemployment and garnishment forms. Enter employment data into the computer database efficiently. Assist HR supervisor with the hiring process, including reviewing applications, managing I-9 and W-4 documentation. Bilingual HR Assistant Job Requirements: Proven work experience in an office setting. Bilingual English / Spanish Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Hands-on experience with office equipment such as fax machines and printers. Professional attitude and appearance. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Excellent organizational skills. Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Customer service attitude. Detail oriented. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
